Full-Time Project Manager
Online Design Club a growing graphic and web design company in USA. We are looking for passionate project managers that can help make a difference in the design world, one design at a time. Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate via project management software, chat, and video have meetings
- Ability to manage workload and keep on track
- Strong file management skills – Google Drive for Teams
- Manage graphic design requests with clients and in-house design team
- Projects may consist of and are not limited to Logos, Print Materials, Magazines, and Custom Design Requests
- High level of skill within Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Design eye and ability to adhere to brand and style guidelines
- Ability to engage in client phone and video calls
- Understanding of Project Management tool – Asana
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or related field, or equivalent project management experience
- Graphic design background
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of WordPress preferred
- Near-native level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish is a plus)
- Customer focus and customer service, verbal communication, problem-solving, people skills, teamwork, emphasizing excellence
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Requires knowledge in all design platforms, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work overtime as necessary to meet the needs of the department
- Ability to work standard business hours: 9AM – 5PM EST
